Presence over pressure. Body before performance. Trust instead of trying.
My work didn’t begin with a method. It began with me—waking up in pain, day after day, with a mind full of everything I hadn’t done yet. From the moment I opened my eyes, I was already behind. I was always running—because slowing down didn’t feel like rest. It felt like a weight dropping on my shoulders. It felt like the whole world was waiting for me to hold it together. And I didn’t know how to stop without everything unraveling. That’s when I knew something had to change.
Somaé wasn’t created as a program. It was created through lived experience—through every moment I chose to sit with myself instead of escape, to breathe instead of brace, to feel instead of shut down. Through bodywork, nervous system awareness, fascia release, and the slow rebuilding of trust with myself, I found my way back. And now, I hold space for others to do the same.
I don’t believe in fixing. I believe in guiding people back to the wisdom that’s already in their bodies—and helping them feel safe enough to trust it again. My work is rooted in:
Whether we work together 1:1 or through a self-guided experience, my intention is the same: To help you build the capacity to feel, choose, and lead yourself from inner power—calmly, clearly, and without apology.
The work I offer is the work I live. Every day, I choose to come back to my body. To sit with what’s uncomfortable. To soften instead of speed up. To be with myself—not perfectly, but fully. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are—without the bracing, the performing, or the pushing. And I’m here to walk that path with you.
