The Somaé Method is a body-led framework designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release physical and emotional tension, and move through life with more clarity, calm, and choice. It’s not about fixing what’s “wrong.” It’s about building awareness of what’s happening inside you, allowing you to respond with intention instead of reacting from habit.
Building somatic awareness
Begin by tuning into the subtle language of your body and learning how it feels to feel.
This phase is about remembering what safety, presence, and emotion feel like as they move through you, gently rebuilding connection and awareness.

Learning the language of your state
Recognize and become familiar with your nervous system states in real time, sympathetic (fight/flight), dorsal (shutdown), or ventral (centred) and begin to understand how they shape your energy, emotions, and decisions. You’ll explore how your system responds in daily life, how it protects or contracts, and begin to notice the patterns that shape your reactions.

Expanding capacity through presence
Learn tools to help you shift between states, safely and intentionally.
Using breath, movement, and subtle somatic practices, you’ll build your nervous system capacity, enhancing your ability to handle stress, manage emotions and improve overall wellbeing .

Releasing tension stored in the body
Use fascia release techniques, somatic practices, breathwork, body awareness and mindfulness to unlock stored tension, emotion, and energy held in your body. As you soften these layers, you create space for more flow, allowing your body to return to how it should be.

Anchoring lasting change in everyday life
This final phase brings everything together, your awareness, your tools, your understanding of your body and anchors it into daily life. You’ll walk away not with rigid routines, but with a clear, embodied relationship to your nervous system, your state, and your sense of direction.

Each phase of The Somaé Method builds on the one before it, gently, intentionally, and at your pace. You’re not asked to leap ahead or push through. Instead, you layer awareness, skill, and capacity over time.
As you move through the process, you begin to understand what’s happening in your body, why it’s happening, and how to respond in a way that supports your system, instead of overriding it. This isn’t about performance or perfection. It’s about building a relationship with your body, allowing it to feel safe enough to let go of old patterns and respond with presence instead of protection.
